Topics covered include e-commerce foundations, B2B frameworks and law and the Internet, Web marketing goals and online product marketing. Additionally, the learner will be given an overview of marketing goals and strategies, site usability, consumer service methods, and site management. - Course 87035 CIW E-Commerce Designer Part 5: Transaction Management
Audience
The intended audience for this curriculum include individuals who design and implement commerce-driven Web sites, identify customer needs, monitor customer usage patterns, determine order processes and service after sales, and consider how e-business solutions can increase sales. Learners include system administrators, application developers, and other network designers. The curriculum prerequisites are the skills and knowledge required to pass the CIW Foundation Exam. This curriculum can also be taken by individuals who want to improve their job skills
