If, for any reason, you find that your training course does not fit your needs, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full product refund. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. To return a training course, it will be necessary to:

  1. Be sure the training course arrives at Planetlearn within 30 days of purchase.
  2. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from a Planetlearn representative.
  3. Place this RMA number clearly on the outside of the returning package to ensure prompt processing.

* Packages without RMA numbers will be refused and returned to you. No credit will be given if the package is returned after 30 days

*Course series will not be refunded if more than one video or cd rom has been opened.  For example, an order of a three video series was made and you watched more than one video out of the series and decided to return the series.  We would not accept the return do to the fact that you've watched the whole series before deciding to return the courses. 



Shipping

Planetlearn.com ships products all over the world! When ordering please choose the method of delivery that best suits your needs. We offer three methods of shipping.

Ground - our least expensive method usually takes 5 - 7 business days. Available for United States orders only.

Second Day - takes two days for delivery. Available in the United States only

Air or Overnight - offered to customers who need training immediately. Available in the United States only.

International orders- are shipped best way via an international carrier. Prices vary depending on country and are displayed upon checkout when ordering online prior to entering your credit card information. All international credit card orders are verified first by our customer service team before training is shipped. Planetlearn only covers the cost of shipping and is not responsible for import duties. Customers outside the United States are responsible for all taxes and importation fees collected at time of delivery. Taxes and importation fees vary from country to country and it is the customers obligation to know what these fees are at time of purchase. Customers that refuse delivery are still responsible for shipping charges incurred by Planetlearn which include not only delivery charges but all taxes and return charges Planetlearn incurres for getting its product back.
