Simulation Overview:
In this simulation, you will meet with Cynthia Scott, an Ergonomist with ErgoMax, LLC, to evaluate the consulting work she has completed for Icon. She instituted cooperative production methods and assessed technological changes. A few excerpts from employee interviews indicate that Cynthia was difficult to work with at times. You must give Cynthia constructive feedback about this and about your opinion that her design of manufacturing system process improvements were confusing for the layperson due to their highly technological nature. Your objective is to follow the process for evaluating a consultant and draw the consulting relationship to a close.
